Greeting Fellow Texans,
It is about that time for us to support a cause this coming Thursday, September 14, 2017. It is our annual North Texas Giving Day. There are many organizations that are listed in seeking your support for their cause. However, this year, Reading 4 Our Future would like to showcase a special school that is need of your support.
Southwestern Adventist Junior Academy is a private Christian school located in the Oakcliff area. It is a school that focuses on the holistic development of its students. They have created an environment that facilitates Christian values infused into the optimal growth of each developmental areas: spiritual, social, emotional, and physical. They are a small school with a big heart.
This Thursday they are counting on you for support. Last year they were able to raise enough money to purchase a new school playground that is safe for the students to play on. On Wednesday, August 30 they were able to dedicate the playground in the start of the school year 2017-18.
This year they are in need of the following for their school: heart defibrillator, canopy, and swing set. Please show your support by giving to their school. Any amount would be greatly appreciated. Click on the link below to go directly to their school to donate.
